1. Subject of Protection All content on this site, especially: architectural studies, plans and technical drawings, photorealistic visualizations and sketches, photographs of realizations, texts, articles and project descriptions, web graphic design and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of the author ARCHIS21 PROJEKTY A REALIZACE STAVEB S.R.O. and is protected under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended. Protection applies not only to the graphic form of the works but also to the actual architectural solutions captured within them.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Viewing content is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use is subject to the following rules:
• Prohibition of copying and distribution: It is strictly forbidden to download, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display (including sharing on social media without citing the source) any part of the content without the prior written consent of the author.
• Prohibition of commercial use: Materials must not be used for third-party commercial purposes (e.g., in real estate agency offers, developer presentations, or as reference materials for other entities).
• Protective elements: It is forbidden to remove watermarks, metadata, or other identification marks from visual materials.
3. Protection Against Data Scraping and AI In accordance with applicable legislation and the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, we hereby expressly prohibit the use of any content from this website (textual, visual, or data) for the purposes of training artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning, or for automated data mining (text & data mining) without our express written consent.
4. Enforcement of Rights In the event of unauthorized use of our intellectual property, we will proceed in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic. This includes the right to demand immediate removal of the content, the surrender of unjust enrichment, and compensation for damages incurred, including non-material harm.
