Project Information

This study in Prague 20 represents an ambitious transformation of a family house into a modern residential building. The original structure undergoes a fundamental change, centered around the addition of a completely new wing. This extension creates capacity for 6 new apartment units with a 2+KK layout, ideal as starter or investment apartments. The architectural concept connects the existing substance with the modern extension and unifies them into a visually clean whole. Great emphasis is placed on the comfort of future residents – the project includes resolved parking on the own plot, which is a key benefit in this location. The layouts of ground-floor apartments are designed with direct access to the garden, while the upper floors are connected by a new staircase. The entire building is conceived as energy-efficient housing (low-energy standard), ensuring low operating costs and high property value.
