The design of a bungalow-type family house in the Prague-West locality is conceived as a ground-floor house with a clear and functional layout that separates the day and night zones. The main living area consists of an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, becoming the center of family life. The dominant feature of the living area is a large-format sliding portal that ensures a direct connection between the interior, the terrace, and the garden. This element supports both visual and functional contact with the exterior, allowing maximum use of the outdoor space throughout the year. The quiet part of the house includes a bedroom, a children's room, and a study, complemented by a bathroom and a separate toilet. The layout is designed with an emphasis on ample storage space and the comfort of daily operations. The house is designed in a low-energy standard using modern technologies – heating is provided by a heat pump, and controlled ventilation with heat recovery contributes to a healthy indoor environment and energy savings. The result is compact and economical living that combines simple architecture, quality technical solutions, and direct contact with the garden.
